About the Andover High School (AHS) Sustainable Garden Project (SGP)
The AHS SGP is an interactive and interdisciplinary approach to engage students in learning where their food comes from and how to grow food in an environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable manner. The fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers grown in the garden will be used in school lunches and sold at the Andover Farmer’s Market, providing the Andover community with a good source of local produce.

2012 AHS Sustainable Garden Project Summer Internship Application
The AHS SGP internship is a volunteer, unpaid internship in which students will take responsibility for various aspects of garden management, including planting, weeding, watering, harvesting, and selling produce at the Andover Farmer’s Market, among other tasks.
